You will need your name, phone number, along with your pick up and drop off location. If you need transportation to or from the airport, we will require your flight number and trip information.

We have late model minivans and full size sedans.

What is Blue Car’s cancellation policy?
We require thirty minutes prior to pick-up time for all in town (Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti) orders. Werequire 1 hour for all airport pick-ups.
Are gratuities included in the price?
No, gratuities are not included in the price, but if you feel your service was exceptional,gratuities are welcome.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and cash.

We service the Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti area, as well as Dexter, Belleville, and DetroitMetropolitan Airport (DTW).
How do I locate my driver?
Your driver will call you when he arrives and tell you where he’s located. For airport pick-ups,your driver will meet you in the baggage claim area of the terminal.
